AN ACT TO AMEND THE CIVIL LAW ORDINANCE.

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Civil Law (Amendment) Act.
|
|
Amendment of section 5 of Chapter 79.
|
2. Section 5 of the Civil Law Ordinance is hereby amended by the substitution for the words five per centum", of the words "twelve per centum ".(* This change has been already made in the Revised Edition to bring it into line with Sections 5, 6 and 7 of the Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Act, No. 53 of 1980.)
